‘Sa Dommo de Maria’ is located in Posada on the north-east coast of Sardinia and has everything you need for your holiday.
The 75 m² house can comfortably accommodate up to five people. It consists of a living room with an equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a terrace and an outdoor area with private parking space. High-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine and barbecue facilities are included. In a quiet neighbourhood close to the centre, it is ideal for families with children. All services (bars, restaurants, supermarket, bank, etc.) are about 300 metres away and the beach of Su Tiriarzi is only 2000 metres away.
Posada is a town of 3,000 inhabitants, in the historical region of Baronia, only 45 km from the port and airport of Olbia. It is one of the most evocative places on the island in terms of history, culture and landscape and has been included in the Club of the Most Beautiful Villages in Italy. Dominating the town is the Castello della Fava, one of the best-preserved medieval fortresses in Sardinia.
At the foot of the tower lies the valley of the Posada river, with the Tepilora Park, rich in nature trails for trekking, mountain biking and kayaking. At the mouth of the river, the beautiful beaches of San Giovanni, Su Tiriarzu, Sutta ‘e Rios, Iscraios and Orvile. Birdwatching is possible at the San Giovanni pond, populated by black-winged stilts and pink flamingos.
Mini cruises and boat trips in the Gulf of Orosei are possible from the small port of La Caletta.
The Island of Tavolara, Capo Coda Cavallo and the fantastic beaches of San Teodoro are only 15 minutes away. The beautiful scenery of the Costa Smeralda is less than 40 minutes’ drive away.
